Has power on radio but nothing in dashboard and won't start

I tried starting my 1998 honda crv but it doesn't have any power on my dash and it won't start either but the radio is working lights are working

I tried moving the ignition switch and it almost started but didn't go through i am assuming that it is the problem since there is no single light turning on in the dashboard

Options

You may have enough power to run the radio but not to start the car. You should try jumping it and see if that works.
