VIZIO sound bar SB2821- remote wouldn't respond when I tried to unmute

VIZIO SB2821-D6 remote not responding..did all the trouble shooting..I have extra new remote that will not respond either..factory reset didn't work..

Answer this question I have this problem too

@shirky since neither one of the remotes works it is possible that the IR board inside the soundbar is no longer functioning. To get to it, you would of course have to take it apart and then find a replacement board or someone that can troubleshoot it since there are no schematics available.

Thanks..called VIZIO..still warranty..they send a replacement..
