Charger issues and freezes during play.

Charger issues: doesn't charge plugged into the wall via a charger, but seems fine in the PlayStation itself.

Main problem: it'll start working like normal, then 5mins into a game it freezes. Whatever you were pressing at the time of freezing the game will respond to as if you're holding it down and nothing else will register.

ZCT1E if that makes any difference to anyone's thoughts on the cause.

I'd just take it apart and look for anything obviously wrong, but the fact it works normally to begin with suggests to me that it'd be nothing I can see with the naked eye.
