I'm not able to connect into my o2 cellular network
Hi,
I am not able to connect with my o2 cellular provider network. I can't send messages or texts, but I can receive them. I have a Samsung galaxy note 3.

hi, thank you, I have a brand new sim card. Is there a way I can try and sort this out myself, before I talk to my provider?

Sorry no, the SIM card is the key to the providers network if it is bad or not active there is nothing you can do to fix it. You may only need to visit one of their storefronts it shouldn't take more a few minutes to fix.
