Is it possible to fit a 1Tb SSD drive, in place of of original 128 GB

Is it possible to fit a 1Tb SSD drive, in place of of original 128 GB please?

nope.

having been inside a few of these now, The surface doesnt use a HDD, the surface uses flash image. the same thing you would find in a USB Flash drive. It is not interchangable with SSD, as it is an IC soldered onto the board. sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Thanks, not sure I will go for a surface 4 then, even though I use the cloud still like to have more on-board storage. Presently have 1Tb SSD IN MY Lenovo IdeaPad Z580

all round, it is a fabulous tablet, but for large storage, i would deffinitely swing along to an actual laptop over it.
