iPhone red screen /infinite apple logo after screen replacement

I just replaced my iphone 6's screen and all was well, it was working fine and then i put the screen completely on and put the two bottom screws on and gave it a restart for good measure. upon it booting up it will either give me a red screen and crash and loop or show an infinite apple logo. sometimes it will show the red screen and then loop into the infinite logo. i will mention however before completely putting it back together i think i out a long screw into the left most camera shield hole and i noticed a little hold almost poking through to the front. it didnt break the screen at first so i didnt think much of it until rebooting it. ive tried all the methods ive read on here: disconnecting the battery, disconnecting the front camera and then reconnecting the battery and such but nothing seems to fix it. my main concern is if long screw damage into the board could be at fault for this

Did you put a longer screw in one of the screw holes that sit on the logic board?

I'm talking near the screen connector area. Because if a longer screw goes in one of those screw holes it can damage the traces on the board causing this issue.
