Why won't it connect to upgrade play store? IT just keeps spinning
The tablet won't actually open fhe play store. It says it needs a play store upgrade but won't go any further to do the upgrade

As you know there is an issue with the play store. Reset it by going to Settings > Application Manager > Google Play Store > Disable. Then turn it back on by clicking Enable.
If this doesn't fix it then you will have to restore the device to the factory image.

It says Google play store won't run unless I update Google play services but it won't update
