Paper gets pulled in skew, if at all.

My G3400 printer is less than a year old, I haven't had any issues with it until recently. When I try and print something the rollers continually spin, sometimes when it does take in a piece of paper to print, it pulls the paper in skew, thus causing a paper jam. I've had this issue now for a month, i've tried wiping the rollers and i've checked that there isn't any paper jammed anywhere, to no avail.

If you've had it less than a year, take it back where you got it quick, before the warranty runs out!

I'm sure you've checked, but maybe check just once more that all covers and guides are properly closed or located how they should be. And make sure you're not using cheap poor quality paper and that the paper has been stored somewhere warm and dry so it can't have picked up any moisture.
