kernel panic, after updating to high sirrea

hi guys, first of all im sorry for my bad english ..

3 days ago i get the high sierra update, so i updated my macbook, before its done the macbook restarted itself then i get the kernel panic screen, i tryed to go to mac os utilities screen but then when i tried to reinstall it, it keeps asking me for the PIN code and i dont remember it.

now what can i do ?

I'm suspecting your HD SATA cable is breaking down so it created errors during the update. You'll need to first replace the cable following this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Hard Drive Cable Replacement and use this cable: MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2012) Hard Drive Cable this is the newer version of the cable which is better.

Once you've replaced the cable you'll need to make a good backup as you'll need to reformat your drive and install a fresh copy of OS following this guide: How to create a bootable macOS High Sierra installer drive
