I'm looking at a G4 Aluminum now and it may be close to the same of the Titanium. Look at the back of the port and you should see three brackets on the back of the port. The middle one will pull out slightly to allow access to the broken tip. I use very small hemostats to remove the broken tips. A small pair of needle nose pliers or some strong tweezers might also do the trick. Sometimes you have to jog the tip as it has been jammed in.
