My calculator won't charge and I replaced battery, still won't charge.

My calculator won't charge and I've replaced the battery and I've used the usb cable the calculator comes with to try and charge it. Still nothing. What do I do to fix this?

I'm sorry I've never heard of this issue before. My only solution is to push the cable into the calculators USB port harder, this solution is usually only good for data transfer issues. When you put the fresh battery into the calculator did it turn on and operate normally? (besides not charging). Other than that, it sounds like a hardware failure or defect to me. You'll probably have to return it.

Check that the battery is in good condition and that it's making proper connection to the board. The only other thing I would suggest is open it up, inspect the charging port, if all looks good try using another cable if not either try to replace the port if it's faulty or return the item.
