My HP 13-s192nr does not come up and doesn't display on the screen.

I have this HP Laptop that very costly and i have been using it for about 18months now and suddenly this morning after i have used it and i shut it down myself and i tried to turn it back on when i needed it most and it doesn't come up and doesn't display on the screen. What do you think could be the problem? As an engineer i have disassembled it, checked the RAM, the Processor and the Screen plus it is using HDMI port for display, so i couldn't connect it externally to another Monitor.

What do you actually think could be the problem and how can i resolve it?

I'm hoping to get a better and best result from you.

Thanks in anticipation

It could be a problem with static discharge, if so do the following.

1. Disconnect the power cord

2. Remove the battery

3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then release for 30 sec and then hold down for another 30sec

4. Plug in power; replace battery and power on laptop.

If this causes no Joy try this.

Remove memory and reinstall one stick at a time, if there are more than 1 DIMM of RAM, try each stick in each slot one at a time to see if the memory is ok and to determine if one of the memory slots is bad.

Hope this helps

@olayemi244 you mentioned it was using the hdmi port for another display . Have you tried disconnecting this display and going with just the screen . does the hard drive spin up and does the fan start , any lights showing charge ?

by

@jimfixer Yes, the system has HDMI port just like other systems with VGA port. Yes hard hard drive spin up and the fan is working perfectly and the light shows that it is charging when connected.
