No sound when receiving calls or making calls

I recently replaced my screen and did everything it said to do for my iPhone 5c and I still have no sound when I make or receive calls. Can you please tell me what the problem may be?

Options

Does speakerphone work during a call? If so, your headset speaker probably isn't installed correctly.
