Part of Logic board came off. (Board repair)

Hey, I know this probably isn't the place but its worth a shot. My note 4 keeps getting hot and turning off... I know it's common. I could hear something rattling so I took the phone apart and discovered a small metal pad that had come off. (links below)

I have managed to locate where it is from as you can see in the image above. If anybody knows what the function it has and if it's just simple enough to solder back on let me know. Would this alone cause issues with boot up? I was tempted of just bridging the connections but though I would check before doing so. Thanks in advanced!

All 4 pads of "SUS4000" Go to Ground and not part of any circuit. The only function I can think of is something grounds itself against it when assembled. If not, then wouldn't serve any other function I can tell and with something metal floating around inside, could have been shorting something else.

I would recommend cleaning pads, tin the pads and placing it back on top of the pads with a little flux, then hold an iron on top to re-seat it back on. but doubt very much it effected the booting unless it was bridging something.
