I dont seem to know how to turn on the Delivery report

I just purchased a Samsung galaxy S5 active phone. I can't find the settings for delivery report, also I cannot reply directly to a text message received it just says fail. How do I turn on the delivery report, read notification and reply to text message.

Options

1) go to Settings > Applications > Messages > Text Messages, it should be here.

2) double check that your service provider supports this feature.

3) You may download Google Messages -- This is really great replacements for Samsung's stock GS5 sms app.
