Sorry about the late reply. Thank you for responding and helping me with the information. First of all, before the logic board went once and for all, it was doing a weird thing where it would just freeze and then when I would hard reboot, sometimes it would turn on and sometimes it wouldn't until after doing it a few times in a row. During this time, it was very hot. While trying to replace the thermal compound, we discovered over if the pins feel out. It won't even turn on anymore, which is why I need help identifying which logic board I needed to find. All I had was my serial number and was finding it difficult to find the correct one.

oldturkey posted below which board you need

oldturkey, what do you mean which board do I need? I need a compatible, working logic board for my MBP.

I am still in search of an affordable, compatible, working logic board for my Macbook Pro. If anyone knows where I can find one...I would certainly love to have some leads.

Your machine is a:

Apple MacBook Pro "Core i7" 2.5 15" Late 2011 Specs

Identifiers: Late 2011 15" - BTO/CTO - MacBookPro8,2 - A1286 - 2563*

Here's the board it uses:

MacBook Pro 15" Unibody (Late 2011) 2.2 GHz Logic Board

Why do you feel that it needs to be replaced.
