Is it possible to fix? Worth it?

Found Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport on street. Back was off, battery out, screen completely cracked. Probably had been run over, maybe some rain too. Have never tried a fix like this. Possible? Worth it?

Honestly, probably not. You can purchase this phone used between $75 and $125 in most cases and the LCD replacement alone will cost you that. By the time you invest several hours of labor, the "Mid" housing, back housing, battery, charging port... you are still unsure of the Logic boards condition, FRP (Factory Reset Protection), IMEI status, etc...

But if interested in repairing phones, you could always take it apart, properly clean the good parts and save it as a Donor board for future repairs.
