When I log into my MacBook Air the trackpad and keyboard don't work

Hello,

I've had this MacBook Air for about 2 years and it's done me good. But something weird happened recently.

A few days ago, I logged into my MacBook Air. At the login screen my trackpad and keyboard both work fine, but when I got to my desktop, neither worked. The only way to navigate through is by using a mouse or Siri.

Also, bluetooth comes up telling me that a keyboard can't be found.

I've tried SMC resets, PRAM resets but nothing seems to work.

What's even more confusing is that it can't be a connective issue with the keyboard and trackpad because they work normally in the lock screen.

Desperately need help!
