sony bravia KDL-32EX720 TV has a problem that, when changing channels; the first channel's shadow coming to the next channels...

Hello :) I wonder if this is the same as when an image burns into an LCD. My understanding of how this works is that the pixel will become damaged when left on the same image (color) for too long. I mention this because I feel like the brightness or back light feature (if it has one) could have something to do with it. Have you tried turning down the brightness (or other lighting and color features) and testing it that way?

@beesah if it would be a CRT I'd agree with @magnettusprimus then it could be burn in This is very uncommon on TV's since the picture changes to frequently and it is an LCD display. This sounds more like an input issue. Try different input sources. Try coax, component, HDMI etc and see if that changes anything. If nothing else will work you'll have to unplug it and remove the back of your TV and check the power board but focus more on the main board. Check for bad caps and other damaged looking components. It is possible that this is a bad panel but you need to rule other things out first. Post some images of what your screen displays as well as the boards with your question.
