How can I upgrade my first generation ipad to iso10?

You don't. You have to buy another iPad.

Even if it's possible you will have a very slow iPad that would crash a lot due to very obsolete hardware inside the iPad.

The space in the iPad is probably the bigger issue like only 8GB.

You cannot.

iOS 10 is a 64-bit operating system.

iPad 1 is only 32-bit

Even if you managed to get it on the iPad, the processor with 256mb of RAM is too slow.

Also PowerVR, the company that made the graphics chip doesn't exist any more.
