would somebody please tell me where this little thing should go?

im trying to put my phone together but cant figure out where this part should go be at.

another thing, when i put the phone together. the power button doesn't seem to response very well.

when i press in, it somewhat stuck in, how can i make it better?

palo is right about the part.

loosen or tighten the screws on the power button until it responds. you have most likely over tightened

it is camera holder. you can leave it as it is. camera holds there quite good without it.
