My iPhone 3Gs has lost all sound! I am jailbroken on bb 6.15 and i can't take it in to apple! The sound comes back every once in awhile, but then it just starts to static and just completely goes out! Nothing sound related works.. not even when I put headphones in. Ive tried restoring and re-jailbreaking, but still the same thing! Is it something that I can fix or replace myself for this problem?

Was it working before you jailbroke it? Has it had some kind of catastrophic physical event happened to it (ie dropped)? If it was working before you jailbroke it and it stopped working afterwards I would say that it's a software problem and you should try restoring it (unjailbreaking it).
