Why doesn't my iPhone 3G got reception and power button doesn't work

I've got a used Iphone and replaced the ribbon and the power button is still not working. Second problem is the reception. Not even one bar. Wifi and 3g is working tough.

I've checked the golden strip is touching the bezel and it did.
