No sound from left ear.

Hi!

A couple of days ago I was listening to music on my headphones and suddenly the left ear did a bit of static for 2/3 seconds and stopped making any sound afterwards.

I have opened the headphones and found no disconnected or damaged wiring.

Can you help me figure out what the cause might be?

Is it perhaps a broken driver?

If so, can you show me where to buy one?

Thank you!

>>Edit<<

Here are the images you asked for. I think the person i asked to check if the wiring was broken did not even open this, the screws were in so tight i broke a driver....

Was it difficult to remove and replace ear cuffs? Is a cuff ruined once it's been removed? Thx!

@medinas those drivers fail very seldom. You said you check the wires but did not tell us how. Open your headphones up right to the wiring. check with a multimeter in ohm scale the continuity from the connector to the driver. If you do not have continuity, you have probably a broken wire. Post some images of the headphones, the wiring etc with your question. That way we can see what you see and can hopefully guide you a bit better on how to check. Looks like it has been worked on before. Check the solder on the ground and speaker (-) Make sure those are not cold solder joints.
