blu life one will only reboot?

I've had this phone for a while now but have not tried to use it until now. It will charge to 100% and show the charge screen but once I turn it on it gets stuck at a white screen that says "BLU BOLD LIKE US" and it will only reboot. When I try to do a hard factory reset, it reboots again. I have yet to find anything to solve this problem. It is the Blu Life One X010Q model. Help please?
