Alcatel One Touch Pixi Eclipse no option for internet over bluetooth.

Hi, my friend gave me a Alcatel OneTouch Pixi Eclipse phone because the touch screen has problems. i have a Droid Turbo as my main phone want use this for music but want to be able to connect the pixi to my droid through BT and use my tethering to access the internet. Everytime i connect the BT it sees both phones but does not give me the option for Internet Access Over BT. I can confirm that they are connected and talking to each other. Just no option for internet access on the Pixi.

I would prefer not to use another app for this feature. I think because the phone that i want to tether from my Droid Turbo is a 20$ phone they simply did not add that feature into the OS to save on space. I would not be surprised but sense my friend had two of these and she gave one of them to me i will try it on hers. I think it might have something to do with the fact that it acts like a BT speaker out of all things. Yes it really does act as a BT speaker and i have never seen another android device do this before.
