phone wont close shut

i replaced the charging port pcb, and now i cant close shut the phone. the clasp that wont close is in the speaker area. i've tried switching to the old charging port, still wont close. the speaker did click in place, it seems like it has gotten thicker somehow.

is this a common thing? please help...

edit: managed to fix it, see in the comments. hope it helps some one.

got it.

you should slide the screen part into the back panel and start with the speaker clasp. it will be difficult to then close the top clasp (its super tight) but do it while still gripping the bottom clasp.

that's how you close the phone.
