Email and password don’t match on reset galaxy tab e

Factory reset and now the gmail and password don’t match. It says sign in with google account that was previously synced on this device. Can’t even get past verifying account.

What you are describing is the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) security feature. Is the device one you set up originally? You should have the option to have the password reset and sent to your email or to a phone number if you can't remember it. If you purchased used and don't have that information, you can reach out to the person you purchased it from for some help or pay a fee to a third party service online to bypass FRP.
