Trying to activate new iPhone. It says ICCID not found?

I was able to enter the IMEI. However when prompted for the ICCID it already enters the correct ICCID. So its the right number. But somehow upon activation it says "ICCID not found"

ICCID is the number on the SIM card. Have you changed SIM cards? IF so, it would differ from the one on the box.
