Most likely what you have is poor quality screen replacement. I have seen this several times and replacing LCD with a quality LCD has always fixed this for me :)

Yes, that will fix it for you :) The Iphone 6 and 6 plus have the Meson and Cumulus touch IC's on the logic board and suffer from "Touch Disease", the Iphone 6s and 6s plus have the touch IC chip on the LCD Flex cable. So change the Screen and you will have your touch back :) Just a bit of advice though... Don't buy the cheapest quality ...but a good quality LCD. You will get what you pay for in most cases :)
