I punched my computers keyboard and now the screen is all white fix?

My guess is that it was running when you punched it and it not the screen act all. You most likely knocked it out and scrambled it brain (storage unit). Try booting it from an external USB source and see if the problem persists. If it boots OK, you have identified where the problem lies.

Maybe a keyboard shortcut made the screen white. Try restarting. Also, please do not bang your keyboard. This is expensive technology we are talking about.

How about giving us your system info. Banging a keyboard shouldn't effect things.
