My phones wifi ,hotspot and wifi wont work and phone lags when they do

My wifi hotspot and Bluetooth wont turn on and even if they do sometimes my phone starts lagging until reboot and they stop working again .it's also causing my battery drainage .please help

Though am a J2 user but I never faced this problem..my hotspot is always on n my phone doesn't lags too..This may help you...
