Motor turns on but turns off in 2 seconds
It's a cordless Bissell Bolt Pet. Charger works, charge light is illuminated, now it's flashing. Power goes on, and motor turns, but as soon as it reaches it's peak sound, it turns off; maybe 2 seconds. Will continue to happen every time the vacuum is powered on. Is it a reasonable fix, or do i toss it? Thanks

Check in the user manual what a flashing charge light means. It could mean the battery is failing to take charge and so can't deliver power for more than a couple of seconds, in which case the fix is a new battery, which may or may not be economic to replace.
