Screen wouldnt turn on sometime. Flashes yellow on screen

Since yesterday my phone sometimes doesnt turn on when locked or turned off. When i press the home or unlock button and screen flashes yellow and it doesnt turn on. When i unlock and lock it 3 4 times it then unlocks
