Can you please be a little more explicit. You can see your Windows desktop can you, and you can brows your files and the Internet? Is it your own pictures you can't see? Can you see any pictures? Which version of Windows are you running?

If you did a full reinstall of Windows that will most likely have wiped out all your data, including pics, but it should have warned you that it was going to.

1-I can see my desktop

2-I can browse my files and the internet.

3-I cannot see any pictures I have placed on my site or another site.

4-I cannot see pics on any other site too.

5-I can see videos everywhere.

6-I received no warnings.

7-A friend of mine said when I reinstalled he said some driver may have been outdated.

If that's the case I would have no idea what driver it is, how to get one or how to install it.

So are you using a web browser? If so, are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox?

I am using IE and Chrome.

If you haven't already done so, install all the latest Microsoft updates and see if you still have a problem. If so, try a Repair Install.

Try deactivating or uninstalling your antivirus, firewall or other protection.

If you still have a problem, narrow it down as follows:

1. Try it on a different Internet provider (e.g. take it to a coffee shop, or borrow a mobile data dongle, or tether it to a smartphone). If it then works, it's a problem with your Internet provider or router.

2. Double-click a picture file on your hard disk and see if Windows will display it. Try it with a .jpg file and with a .gif or .png file.

3. Try dragging and dropping each of those file types onto your browser (both IE and Chrome).

4. Report back, including the version of Windows you're using.
