Anybody have done recable an earpods?

Hi all, I've got a couple earpod, I try ro recable them but I can't. Inside its housing they mount the cable part with glue, I've try to remove it but if you use heat or try to pull it out the housing will damage, break. :(

Anyone can help me with this?

I use another housing for my earpod now
