Dropped samsung galaxy s5? Screen replacement or something else?

I dropped my samsung galaxy s5 around a month ago, I could still see the edges at first and it was slightly responsive to my touch for around an hour or so, but now it is completely black. There is only one faint hairline crack on it. Would I require a screen replacement or it it something inside of the phone that has screwed up? And how expensive would this typically be?

Options

You need to replace a new Galaxy S5 display, the screen price is about $120 online. If you replace the screen in a repair shop, it will cost more.
