Looking for a Step-by-step guide to repair this screen

Hi there: Was recently given this phone by someone who didnt want to pay to repair the screen.

Digitizer is fine, screen is cracked in three places near the top. Above one of the cracks the screen is still touch receptive, unfortunately that is all.

Ive only found ONE video on youtube of someone repairing this phones screen with instructions in English but the poster has this godawful elevator music playing so loud you cannot hear her. Im somewhat confident I could do the repair by sight using said video but im so excited to get this phone that I really dont want to break it trying to fix it and would prefer to be able to see step-by-step instructions, if anyone could help me out.
