i cant pop out my simcard using the special tool,something is broken at the sim tray!what do i need to fix it?

you can but do you need to? how often do you need to remove the sim?

you can use the opening tool and angle it toward the centre of the sim tray and lever upwards to remove. the small flipper may be found on ebay

You can open the iPhone and remove with a spudger the sim by pulling it.
