My Chromebook has a black screen.

My Chromebook will not display any images even when turned on. The screen remains black. How can I fix it?

The screen can be blue as well, holding down the power button for 7-10 sec. then closing the cover on your book for 7-10 sec. did restore my screen.

chromebook EFI leads to black screen

When I open the BIOS and try to open BootLoader it leads to black screen

and it doesnt detect USB when being booted from startup.nsh

Try pushing the power button and HOLD it for 7 seconds.

The Chromebook will turn off.

Wait 10 seconds and push the power button again to turn it back on.

If this doesn't work, try disconnecting the charger and remove the battery for 1 minute then try again.

no always nothing on my screen

No my screen is still Grey. This is a new Acer Chromebook I reset OT because my pictures were so dark I could not see them so I thought I had gone something wrong but now as soon as I enter my password the screen just goes grew and stays there I really would appreciate any help please
