Someone else asked and the posted replied it was a QCOM chip. But these parts are not referenced in the teardown.

GPS function is integrated in the RF&Baseband chip MDM6600,WiFi/BT is modified to a murata MCM module, which probably based on BCM4329 too.

Do you know how this module is connected to main processor and where it is located? My Tab doesn't enable WiFi and BT. Not sure whether I can do something here.

Well excuse me if I'm not an expert on part numbers! I did a find and looked for GPS, wi-fi, and neither came up. In the ATT iPhone 4 review, it did. It also didn't call out the Broadcom part numbers which it did for every other part.

You don't need to be so rude about it.

Unless your Find works different than mine, I can only assume you're spelling these wrong. The CDMA one says they're the same as the GSM version, so if you go to the GSM and Find wifi and GPS it'll link you to the parts

If you'd actually bothered to take two seconds to use CMND+F on the teardown, you'd see it IS referenced, and you're told to look at the GSM teardown, which points you here for the Wi-Fi chip and here for the GPS chip. They use the same frequencies for both.
