Torq screw is stripped on hinge!

I tried to remove the 17" screen display so that I could repair the cracked LCD screen on my MacBook Pro 17" model A1297 and I stripped one of the torq screws. Any suggestion on how I should remove this now?

Can you post a picture so we can see how badly it's stripped?

Try a torx screwdriver one size smaller than the screw and use a very small piece of a rubber band. Press it in with the driver and push the driver in firmly and try to turn slowly. Here's some other suggestions: What are your tips/tricks for removing or extracting stripped screws?
