My computer turns off or restarts on its own.

I like to think there are some painless ways to fix my macbook but the only reason I can think of is its battery. It says the condition is normal though.

Does your laptop over heat? I am not too knowledgeable about Macs but when I had a HP laptop that exhibited this behaviour it was due to a dead fan which caused over heating and made my laptop shutdown intermittently .
