Tablet Screen Flickers On And Off Everytime I Open An App

Am I getting the infamous battery connector defect? Where the terminal for the battery on the motherboard is microscopically flawed making the system not have enough power for heavy loads but can run normally while idle? Or is it something else? It was doing fine when I was reading stuff on it and when it got to around 20% it started flickering on and off, tried charging it up to 70% but it still happens and won't go away, I don't think it's the battery itself as it is discharging normally and I don't see any drastic dips or jumps in battery life.

UPDATE: I replaced the flex cable that connects the screen to the motherboard and there is no difference so I can rule that out.

UPDATE 2: Tried replacing the battery with the one in my other unit and I think I may have put a little too much stress when I yanked out the connector from the terminal and now the screen just flickers non-stop, will go to a repairman with steady hands tommorow to re-solder the joints on the battery terminal to the motherboard, will update with news.

UPDATE 2: Tab is now conpletely dead.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Replaced the board with my old T800 model, seems like the graphics processor died. Still has quirks like suddenly getting a completely black screen yet somehow the status bar still remains. Nothing else worked except holding power+volume down+home button and reseting directly doesn't work so I went into Odin Mode for about 20 mins and then got it out of Odin Mode by pressing and holding all the buttons and somehow that works, don't know why tho.

PS: My working tab is the T805 model which is Android 6.0, the T800 board I replaced it with is 5.0 and now the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, will try replacing the scanner with the one from my T800 soon.
