I have dropped my iPhone 5s and now its power button is not working

Yesterday, I was sitting in stairs and using my laptop. Don't know how my phone my dropped from my trouser's pocket and fell downward the stairs. After this tragedy, my phone's power button, volume buttons and vibration motor lost their functionality. Please, suggest me solution or what to do to, so that they start working again.

Chances are that the volume / power / vibrate ribbon cable assembly got damaged from the drop. Usually a physical tear.

It takes quite some time to replace as you will need to strip the whole phone apart and even take the battery out.
