My phone is not switching on. Firstly, it was switched on but displayed an error message that - "Not registered on the network". So I switched off the phone and removed the sim and re-inserted the sim again with the battery properly. But then the phone was not switching on..

paramjitkaur2223 remove that Sim card and see if your phone turns on. If it does not, leave it out and remove the battery. Check to see if it is charged to 3.45V or better. After that follow the troubleshooting instructions from Samsung:
