@tyroneshoe try this (remember that it is possible you may lose all files like music/pictures etc)
Turn phone Off
Remove the battery for a few minutes and then put it back in.
Press and hold the Volume up, Call button and Power button at the same time. Make sure to hold the keys until the phone vibrates.
When it asks for permissions, select: Wipe data/factory to reset.
Once the process has completed, please reboot the phone from here
