C2409 Voltage 1,5 something.?

Hi everybody.

I have an iphone 6 plus with touch screen not working.

I reball u2402. But the touch screen still not working.

I check the voltage before and after reballing on c2409 is 1,5 volt.

Anybody suggest me what i have to do now?

Its possibile the touch ic is broken and i have to change it.??

Did you check the voltage while U2402 was not on the logic board?

The problem is either with the Chestnut circuit or the Meson circuit. With Meson off the board, it's easy to see if the problem is with Chestnut or not. The fact that you reballed Meson also means that you may have re-installed a defective IC. Meson rarely fails but it's always possible. Don't forget to make a jumper for the M1 pad.
