The screen is upside down .and function normally . Is there a rotation option on that model may be the customer press the wrong button .

franzmevs your TV most likely has a rotate function. It will be in your settings menu. Press MENU on your remote. You can also try to reset it
MENU > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset which will Reset Picture, Sound, Channel, Smart Hub, and all other settings, except for the network settings, default settings.
If nothing else your TV has several built-in systems designed for user and TV system support.
