Help! My alcatel a30 fierce is stuck at the metro pcs logo I cab still turn the volume up and down and take screenshots but its just at the metro screen. I haven't rooted it or anything

First try a cache partition wipe and if that brings no joy then you may have to do a factory reset. This videoshows how to do the factory reset. Use it to get to the android reset menu but stop short in the video and go to wipe cache partition instead of the factory reset . Keep that as a second option if the cache wipe doesnt work . remember the factory reset will remove all your data whereas the cache wipe does not . Hope this helps
